Pepper soup

Number of people

4 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 clove of garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 red pepper

1/2 green pepper

1 onion

4 slices of salami

1 pinch of oregano

1 pinch of basil

1 glass of meat

1/2 glass of red wine

25 cl of tomato

1 small sprig of basil

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Heat the butter or margarine in a saucepan.
Step 2
Put the crushed garlic clove with the salt.
Step 3
Add the washed and sliced peppers and the onion cut into rings.
Step 4
Let simmer.
Step 5
Add the halved salami slices, oregano, basil, gravy, red wine and tomato soup.
Step 6
Cover and cook for five minutes over a low heat.
Step 7
Check the seasoning and serve with the basil.
