1 yellow pepper

1 egg not too big

Tomato coulis

20 g broccoli

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Olive oil

1 clove of garlic

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cut the cap off the pepper, cut it into strips.
Step 2
Pour a small spoon of olive oil into the bottom of the opivron, then a clove of crushed garlic and basil.
Step 3
Cook the pepper for about 30 minutes, until it is soft.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook the broccoli.
Step 5
Sauté the broccoli and pepper strips in olive oil.
Step 6
Add this pan-fried tomato sauce.
Step 7
When the pepper is cooked, pour a little of the tomato, broccoli and pepper mixture into the bottom, leaving room for the egg, salt and pepper.

Break the egg over it, then put it back in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the white is set.
