12 sweet peppers (long and fine Spanish peppers)

60 g dried tomato

1 sprig of basil

6 slices of raw ham

4 portions of fresh square

10 cl olive oil

Pepper (optional)

Pepper

Salt

Step 1
Empty the peppers by the stalk. Scald them, and cool them under cold water.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes. Crush the fresh squares, and mix them with the dried tomatoes, chilli, basil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Fill the peppers with it through the stalk.
Step 4
Wrap them in 1/2 slice of raw ham.
Step 5
Arrange in a dish, and let marinate for 3 hours.
