2 red peppers

4 zucchini

150 g goat cheese

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

10 cl olive oil

Basil

Salt

Pepper

Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the zucchini (peeled and diced), cheese (diced), minced garlic and onion, a drizzle of olive oil, a little basil, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut your peppers in half and empty the seeds and white flesh.
Step 3
Stuff the peppers with the mixture and wrap them in aluminum and place them in an ovenproof dish.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7) and put the dish in the oven for 30 minutes.
