1 perch fillet

4 tablespoons of low-fat fresh cream

1 tomato

1/2 onion

1 dash of dry white wine

Dried basil
For the sauce:

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Remove the skin from the tomato by dipping it in boiling water for a few seconds. Cut it into small pieces and slice half of the onion.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
Step 3
Cut the perch fillet in half and place each half in aluminium foil, cover with sauce and seal each papillote tightly.
Step 4
Put in the oven at 240°C for 30 minutes.
