1 bunch of basil

mint leaf

2 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoons of pine nuts

Pepper

Salt

4 tablespoons of olive oil

200 g ricotta cheese

150 g pasta

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Finely chop the basil, garlic and mint (only a few mint leaves, to give it a little freshness). Add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Chop the pine nuts and mix. Let stand a little, and mix with the ricotta. Introduce the olive oil at the end.
Step 3
Taste, with "al dente" pasta.
Author's note
Some variations are possible: - replace the mint with 1/4 red pepper, or with 1 tomato, finely chopped. You can also replace the pinions with nuts.
