1 pizza dough
2 tomatoes

250 g grated cheese
1 goat cheese of your choice
2 slices of ham
Olive oil
1 pineapple
25 cl of tomato sauce

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Place the dough on a rectangular plate. About 1cm from the edge of the dough, press with your fingers all around the dough so that the sauce does not run.
Step 3
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
Step 4
Place the grated cheese on top.
Step 5
Cut the slice of ham into small squares and scatter them over the dough. Peel the pineapple and cut it into not too thin slices and cut them into 4.
Step 6
Spread them over the pizza.
Step 7
Chop the basil leaves and put them on the dough with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 8
Finally, cut 8 thin slices of goat cheese and place them on the edges of the pizza.
Step 9
Bake your own pizza for 15 minutes while watching.
Step 10
Enjoy it hot or cold with a green salad.
