Potatoes stuffed with sardines

Potatoes stuffed with sardines

4 potatoes

Coarse salt for cooking

1 can of sardines in oil and tomato

1 clove of garlic

Grated Gruyère cheese

Dried basil

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Rinse the potatoes and cook them in the pan for 10 minutes after the valve rotation.
Step 3
Meanwhile, crush the sardines in a bowl, chop the garlic and basil and add them to the sardines.

Once the potatoes are cooked, cut them in half lengthwise, dig each half with a small spoon.
Step 6
Mix the portion of potatoes removed with the sardines.
Step 7
Stuff each potato half with a nice spoonful of the preparation, sprinkle generously with grated gruyère and put in the oven to make the gruyère gratin.
Step 8
Serve hot.
