1 log goat cheese

3 eggs

500 g cottage cheese

4 tomatoes

5 sprigs of basil

Grated Gruyère cheese

1 roll of puff pastry

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Precook the dough until it is golden brown at 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Cut the goat cheese into small pieces, keeping 3 or 4 slices.
Step 3
Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, small pieces of goat cheese and a little grated gruyère. By mixing well crushing the goat.
Step 4
Spread the mixture on the dough by placing the slices of goat cheese and a little grated gruyère. Bake until the dough is golden brown, about 20 min at 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 5
As soon as you leave the oven, cover with tomato cut into small wedges and add the basil. Serve hot.
