4 zucchini

6 slices of country ham

80 g butter

4 flour

120 g Parmesan cheese

1 pinch of pepper


1 clove of garlic

Step 1
Wash and cut the ends of the courgettes.
Step 2
Then cut them into slices.
Step 3
Peel and chop the garlic.
Step 4
Cut the ham into pieces.
Step 5
In an oiled frying pan cook the courgettes with the garlic for 10 minutes, stirring.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove from the heat and add the basil.

Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).

Rub the parmesan cheese.

Mix the chopped butter and flour with your fingertips into coarse sand.

In a gratin dish, arrange the courgettes and ham alternately.
