Quinoa parmentier and pumpkin purée

500 g quinoa

500 g pumpkin purée

500 g ground meat (beef)

150 g county cheese

3 basil leaves

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Brown the quinoa in oil. Pour the water over it, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Cook the meat with the chopped basil.
Step 3
Butter a gratin dish, add the pumpkin purée, meat, grated cheese, quinoa and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
