1 rabbit of 1 kg

5 cl cognac

3 cl cognac

1 bunch of basil

1 pinch of pepper

1 pinch of salt

4 tomatoes

Cooking time: 1h40
Step 1
Fry the rabbit cut into 6 pieces in a non-stick pan until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the cognac glass, white wine, a glass of water, peeled, seeded, crushed tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cover and simmer for 1h30.
Step 4
Serve hot with steamed vegetables.
