1 whole rabbit

1 half of carrot

5 button mushrooms

5 cloves of garlic

Parsley

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Capers

Pickle

2 tablespoons olive oil

25 cl dry white wine

1 tablespoon flour

Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Cut the rabbit into pieces.
Step 2
Fry it in a saucepan with 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Step 3
Once browned, set them aside.
Step 4
Cut the mushrooms, garlic, parsley and basil.
Step 5
Brown everything in the pot and brown it well.
Step 6
Add the white wine, pickles and capers.
Step 7
Add the flour.
Step 8
Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Put the rabbit back on, and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.
Author's note
Pickles and capers can be replaced by olives for a slightly sweeter taste. It's my grandmother's recipe, so I might as well tell you how delicious it is!
