4 red peppers

2 cans of tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

basil leaf

Salt

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Heat a little olive oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Wash the peppers and cut them into 1 cm thick strips, fry them in hot oil, add salt and pepper.
Step 3
After 5 minutes, add the chopped garlic, basil and tomatoes.
Step 4
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes without covering and over low heat (if the tomatoes are a little sour, you can add a sugar cube.)
