1 turkey escalope

1 steak

1/2 eggplant

150 g risotto rice

40 cl water

250 g tomato sauce

2 cloves of garlic

1 onion

Herbs of Provence

Basil

Salt

Pepper




Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
-Cut the 1/2 eggplant lengthwise and make thin slices.
Step 2
Sauté the slices in olive oil.
Step 3
-Cut the meat into small pieces
Step 4
and fry it with the onions and garlic.
Step 5
-Add the tomato coulis.
Step 6
-Put the rice in and add the water.
Step 7
-Mix and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 8
The Risotto is ready when the rice has absorbed the water.
