Number of people
For the dough:

250 g flour

1/2 sachet of dry baker's yeast

1 teaspoon of fine salt

1/4 glass of olive oil

1 glass of warm water
For the tomato sauce:

1 can (400 g) peeled tomato

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

1 bay leaf

1 pinch of thyme




For the garnish:

250 g frozen seafood

100 g frozen squid

100 g grated Emmentaler

Preparation: 40 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Prepare the dough: mix the flour, yeast, salt. Add the oil, then the water gradually until you obtain a soft paste that does not stick to your hands.
Step 2
Knead for a few moments and let stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour.
Step 3
Meanwhile prepare the tomato sauce: chop the tomatoes and fry them in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the liquid from the can and the tomato paste.

Season with bay leaf, dried herbs, salt, salt, salt and pepper.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 millimetres and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Garnish with tomato sauce and add the thawed seafood.

Sprinkle with grated Emmentaler and place in the preheated oven at 240°C (thermostat 8) at half height. Leave to cook for 20 minutes.

To save time, you can use a pizza base and garnish it directly.
