For the garnish:

2 salmon steaks

200 g of peeled shrimp

100 g salmon tarama

200 g feta cheese (any quantity)

80 g green olive cut into slices

1 pinch of Provence herbs

1 pinch of basil

30 g butter

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Melt the butter on a hot frying pan and place the salmon steaks in it. Once browned, sprinkle with basil and remove from the pan. Cut the paving stones into small cubes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6).
Step 3
Cut the dough into 6 equal parts. Spread each part of tarama generously, then arrange the salmon, shrimp, feta cheese and olives. Sprinkle with herbes de Provence.
Step 4
Fold both sides of the dough, then roll it up until it closes. Brush the dough with egg yolk, especially on the area that closes the puff pastry.
Step 5
Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Enjoy warm, with a salad made with olive oil.
