500 g shell type pasta

500 g cherry tomato

150 g black olives

350 g mozzarella balls

4 basil leaves

4 cloves of garlic

4 chicken breasts



1 cube of chicken broth

1 drizzle of olive oil

10 cl white wine

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente.
Step 2
Sauté the chicken breasts in olive oil. Season with broth, salt and pepper. Deglaze with white wine. Turn regularly for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes and olives in half.
Step 4
Cut the garlic cloves into small cubes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta when it is cooked. Put them back in the pan with a little olive oil, over a low heat. Add the mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic, a few chopped basil leaves and stir gently
Step 6
Serve the pasta on the plates, cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and place two on the pasta.
