1 kg of potatoes

50 g butter

4 tablespoons of oil

2 onions

2 cloves of garlic

1 bunch of basil

Pepper

Step 1
Prepare the potatoes: peel them and dice them.
Step 2
Heat the butter and 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, sauté the potatoes in it with a stew, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
When they start to brown, add the garlic and chopped onions.
Step 4
Chop the basil and mix it with the remaining oil.
Step 5
Add this to the potatoes when they are cooked, stir gently and serve.
