20 medium prawns

1 pinch of chilli pepper

3 tomatoes

6 cloves of garlic

1/2 bunch of basil

1 teaspoon nuoc mam sauce

2 teaspoons soy sauce

Step 1
Brown the garlic in a frying pan (with olive oil).
Step 2
Add the prawns: 1 minute on each side. At that moment, you can - if you wish - make the prawns flambé with a little cognac!
Step 3
Remove the prawns, replace with the tomatoes and put them on a high heat for 2 minutes. Add the chilli, basil, soy sauce and nuoc mam. Above all, do not salt! Leave for 1 minute.

Put the prawns back and leave 2 minutes....
