2 courgettes

1 orange

10 pistachios

6 mint leaves

6 basil leaves

1 pinch of chilli pepper flakes knife

1 grated ginger

Step 1
Cut the courgettes into small cubes; peel the orange raw and cut it into cubes.

Coarsely chop the pistachios with a knife.

In a small saucepan, mix the diced courgettes and orange, the pistachio pieces, and all the spices. Salt

Leave to cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat. You can add a water base if necessary. Depending on your taste, you can keep the courgettes a little "al dente" or cook them well.
