125 g shrimp

1/2 red pepper

1 shallot

1 fresh onion

1 clove of garlic

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 can of coconut milk

1/2 zucchini

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 pressed lemon

100 g peas

1 tablespoon nuoc mam

1 tablespoon yellow curry paste

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

10 Thai basil leaves

1 pinch ground lemongrass

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Melt the chopped pepper in small pieces with the shallot in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Add the garlic and shallot and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add coconut milk, chopped parsley, soy sauce.
Step 4
Meanwhile, marinate the shrimp in the lemon juice with the Thai basil leaves.
Step 5
Add the zucchini cut into 1 cm thick strips and the peas to the broth.
Step 6
Simmer 5 to 8 minutes before adding the shrimp and marinade, nuoc nam.
Step 7
Finish with a pinch of lemongrass, simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat. Then serve with rice.
