450 g turkey meat

250 g Thai rice

1 pepper

2 shallots

3 cloves of garlic

4 fresh button mushrooms

1.5 tablespoons curry powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon ginger

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 cube of chicken broth

1 sprig of rosemary

1 sprig of thyme

1 sprig of basil

2 sprigs of chives

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 drizzle of olive oil

1 trickle of water

Preparation: 25 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Slice your turkey into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a casserole dish.
Step 3
When the oil is hot add your turkey pieces, salt, pepper and brown them over high heat.
Step 4
When they are golden, reserve them on a plate.
Step 5
Fry your pepper in pieces for about 10 minutes over medium heat, adding olive oil if necessary.
Step 6
Add the shallots, minced garlic cloves and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Step 7
Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Return the minced turkey to your casserole dish with the rest of your vegetables and mix.
Step 9
Sprinkle with curry, turmeric and ginger.
Step 10
Add water (be careful not to put too much water in) to cover the whole thing and mix.
Step 11
Add the chopped rosemary, thyme, chives and basil.
Step 12
Season with salt and pepper and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, until the sauce reduces slightly.
Step 13
Add the coconut milk, a spoonful of cornstarch, stir and simmer over very low heat for 1 hour.
Step 14
Your sauce is ready when it is reduced enough and its consistency is smooth.
Step 15
Cook your rice and serve it with your delicious curry sauce to delight your guests.
