1 panga fillet or any other white fish

5 frozen shrimps

5 cl coconut milk

1 shallot

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Tomato

Chives

Basil



Preparation

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Thaw the panga fillet and shrimps.
Step 2
In the center two squares of parchment paper superimposed. Put the fish and shrimps in.
Step 3
Peel the shallot and cut it into slices and the tomato and place it on the fillet.
Step 4
Put the curry and basil in. Seal the papillote and place in the steam basket and cook for 20 minutes.
Author's note
Here is a light but succulent dish especially for the line! PS: be careful when removing the foil from the steamer and opening it! Enjoy your meal!
