1 medium-sized courgette

4 tomatoes

1 half onion

2 small cloves of garlic

Salt

Pepper

5 basil leaves

Thyme

3 tablespoons of liquid cream

Gruyère cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1
In a skillet, pour in the olive oil.

Finely chop garlic and onion

With Tupperware's turbotupp, it's the best. Pour into the pan.

After washing the vegetables thoroughly, peel the courgette every other time and cut it into slices.

Cut the tomatoes into slices as well.

Pour the vegetables into the pan.

Add spices: salt, pepper, basil, thyme
