Sunday evening pepper pasta

Number of people

150 g pasta (shell or cupboard type)

1 red pepper

1/2 green or yellow pepper

150 g diced ham

1 onion

2 Frankfurt-style sausages or other (or not!)

20 cl of cheese - cooking cream

1 pinch of paprika

1 sprig of basil

1 pinch of herbs

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cut the peppers and onion and fry them in a frying pan.
Step 2
Cut the ham, sausages or meat you have left and add them to the pan.
Step 3
Add the spices at your convenience.
Step 4
Cook the pasta, when the pasta is cooked, put the cream cheese in the pan and melt it.
Step 5
Add the pasta and mix everything together.
Step 6

You can add grated cheese to your plate. This recipe is called Sunday evening, it's all about finishing the leftovers from the fridge...
