300 g of peeled shrimp

1 can of tomato paste

2 handfuls of frozen Chinese vegetables

1/2 pepper, cut into small cubes

1 tomato cut into small cubes

5 cloves of garlic

6 basil leaves

2 ginger

1 pinch of chilli puree

1 tablespoon of fresh cream or coconut milk

1 lump of sugar

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Fry the shrimp in oil and prepare the sauce:
Step 2
mix tomato paste, Chinese vegetables, grated ginger, salt, pepper, chilli pepper and sugar cube, add shrimp and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Add the pepper and tomato cubes, garlic squeezed through, finely chopped basil, cream spoon and serve hot.
Step 4
Serve with Chinese noodles or Thai rice....

This very spicy dish can be enjoyed with Chinese noodles or Thai rice. Remember to train... with chopsticks it's even better!
