8 eggs

5 cl milk

2 onions

100 g of bacon

10 dried tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 peppers (one red and one yellow)

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Thyme

Rosemary

Parsley

Curry and paprika powder

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Slice the tomatoes and peppers, cut the onions into strips.
Step 2
Grill the bacon with parsley in an ungreased frying pan.
Step 3
Place the bacon at the bottom of an oiled gratin dish.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 5
In the still hot frying pan, sauté the vegetables in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Beat the eggs with the milk, herbs and spices. Arrange the vegetables on the bacon, then pour in the eggs; cook for about 1/2 hour.
Step 7
To check the cooking, cut the centre of the tortilla, which should no longer be liquid; let it cool.

Very good cold, this tortilla is ideal for buffets, cut into small pieces! Enjoy your meal!
