6 onions

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 kg of ripe tomatoes (or tomato flesh)

1 cube of vegetable stock

12 sheets of lasagna dough

40 cl thick fresh cream

200 g grated cheese

1 bunch of basil




Preparation

Preparation: 40 min
Cooking time: 1h20
Step 1
Rinse the basil bouquet, mix for 3 seconds at speed 5, then set aside.
Step 2
Peel the onions, place them in the Thermomix bowl and mix them for 5 seconds at speed 7.
Step 3
Add the olive oil to the Thermomix bowl and cook for 10 minutes at 90°C.
Step 4
Peel the tomatoes and place them in the Thermomix bowl, with the broth cube and salt. Mix for 5 seconds at speed 7.
Step 5
Start the Thermomix at 80°C at speed 3 for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Add the chopped basil, mix for 5 seconds at speed 7.
Step 7
In a gratin dish, place a quarter of the mixture, put 10 cl of fresh cream and a little grated cheese, cover with lasagna leaves, repeat the same operation twice, before pouring the rest of the preparation, then the rest of the fresh cream and place the rest of the cheese.
CAUTION: the rectangles of lasagna dough must soak in the sauce, otherwise they will not cook well (or otherwise pre-cook them). If necessary, press the lasagna to "lower" it into the sauce before baking.

Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Author's note
Tip: if the tomatoes are not very sweet, add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the preparation.
