6 tomatoes, not too big

500 g pasta

3 tablespoons of fresh cream

1 onion

Basil if possible fresh

Paprika



Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta and set aside.
Step 2
Sauté an onion with olive oil in a frying pan.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the onion, simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the crème fraîche, basil and paprika. Let it cook a little more over low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 5
And finally add the pasta to the preparation. It's ready when the pasta is hot.
Author's note
Very good for the evening. This changes from plain pasta and can also be served with meat.
