650 g wheat flour

1 can of crushed tomato

1 teaspoon dry baker's yeast to rehydrate

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

Thyme

Herbs of Provence

Oregano

Basil

2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Mix the ingredients and knead until a ball of dough is formed. If it is too liquid, add a little flour.
Step 2
Let the dough rise for 20 minutes out of the drafts and work it again for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Allow to rise again for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Put in a preheated oven at 190°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 5
Leave to cook for 45 minutes, watching the cooking so that the crust is not burnt.
Step 6
Excellent with salads and delicatessen.

If you have a bread machine, you can also put all the ingredients and cook on the normal program!
