50 g butter

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, crushed

1 can peeled tomato

1 pinch of oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

2 teaspoons chopped basil

30 cl dry white wine

Pepper

Salt

500 g of Gruyère cheese

cube of baguette or bread crumb to serve




Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 30 MIN
Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Melt the butter in the fondue pot and gently fry the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Drain the tomatoes carefully, then purée them, add them to the pot along with the oregano, paprika, basil and wine. Season with salt and pepper and cook gently for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Gradually add the cheese and cook over low heat until it is melted. Adjust the seasoning and serve.
Step 4
To enjoy it, dip the bread cubes in it.
