250 g pasta of your choice (preferably spaghetti)

1 can of tuna in the wild (180 g)

Pickles as much as you want

10 cl low-fat liquid cream

Pepper

Salt

Basil (optional)

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package.
Step 2
Meanwhile, drain the tuna and crumble it with a fork. Mix with the crème fraîche. Cut the pickles into small cubes and add them to the creamy tuna mixture.
Step 3
Season to taste (salt, pepper, basil).
Step 4
Drain the cooked pasta and mix with the sauce before serving.
Author's note
A sauce that replaces the traditional tuna/tomato sauce. The spiciness of the pickle (in small doses because it is diced) complements the sweetness of the tuna well. The fresh cream prevents the dish from drying out because of the tuna.
