4 veal cutlets (very thin)

4 slices of smoked raw ham

1 teaspoon of thyme

1/2 teaspoon rosemary

1 teaspoon chopped basil

20 g flour

40 g butter

4 shallots

10 cl of port wine

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Flatten the veal cutlets: place them between 2 sheets of parchment paper and tap them with a rolling pin to make them thin.
Step 2
Place a slice of ham on each cutlet and sprinkle with herbs.
Step 3
Roll the cutlets on themselves so that the ham is inside and keep closed with a small wooden pick.
Step 4
Flour and brown in butter with the chopped shallots, then pour in the Port and cook for 30 minutes.
