80 g of cereal (I used here a mixture of kamut, quinoa and oat flakes in equal proportions)

15 cl soy milk

1 egg

5 dried tomatoes in olive oil (depending on size)

10 bell onions in vinegar

Pepper

Salt

1 teaspoon curry powder to be dosed to taste

1 tablespoon chopped basil

Olive oil (here) or neutral oil to cook the patties

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
In a bowl, put the cereal flakes to swell with the soy milk. Let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Step 2
After the resting phase, dice the tomato petals and put them in the bowl with the cereals. Then add the onions and season with salt, pepper, curry and basil. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Finally, add the lightly beaten egg and stir well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Step 4
Book.
Step 5
Heat a little oil (olive oil) in a frying pan and place the dough in it to form 4 cereal cakes. Cook 5 min over medium heat and covered. After 5 minutes, gently turn the patties over and continue cooking for another 5 minutes under cover.
Step 6
Serve immediately.
