350 g blond lentils

1 onion

1 shallot

4 vegetarian peppers (sweet peppers)

4 cloves of garlic

1 herbs of Provence

1 bay leaf

1 clove

2 sprigs of parsley

1 pinch of oregano

1 pinch dried basil

Step 1
Wash the lenses in three different waters.
Step 2
After washing, pour them into your pot and cut the onion and shallot into slices, break the sweet peppers in half, crush the garlic with the palm of your hand without removing the skin, put the condiments in the pot except salt and kub'or. Put on high fire.
Step 3
When the lenses are soft, it means they are punctured. You can then salt and put the Kub'or. Let it consume.
Step 4
When you get a thick sauce, it means that the lentils are consumed. Lower the heat to a minimum for 8 minutes. If the water has reduced during these 5 minutes and there is not enough sauce, repeat by adding a little water and wait about 10 minutes (if it thickens before the 10 minutes, you can turn it off). Turn off your lenses, they're ready!

Author's note
If the lenses are completely dry and sticking because there is no water left, immediately change the pot and put them back on the stove with water as they may still have a burning taste.
