250 g wheat

4 tomatoes or 150 g cherry tomatoes

2 cans of albacore tuna in the natural state

1 white onion

Chopped basil

Olive oil

1 lemon

Step 1
Cook the wheat, then let it cool.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, slice the onion, and crumble the tuna; place them in a salad bowl.
Step 3
Chop the basil on top, and add the olive oil and lemon juice.
Step 4
Serve cold.
