Wonder of the vegetable garden (soup)

Number of people

3 medium-sized carrots

1 leek

3 potatoes

1 zucchini

1 handful of snap beans

1 tomato

1 celery leaf

1 basil leaf

spoonful of fresh cream

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cook the beans beforehand.
Step 2
Peel the carrots, potatoes and zucchini.
Step 3
Cut them into pieces, as well as the leek and tomato. Put all these ingredients in a pressure cooker and add the basil leaf and celery.
Step 4
Leave to cook for half an hour in a little salted water, then crush the whole thing in a food processor.
Step 5
You can garnish this soup with a spoonful of fresh cream per plate, to give it an even stronger taste.
