1 kg of courgette

100 g grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons shallot

2 tablespoons basil

Pepper

Salt

Olive oil

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Wash and grate the courgettes, fry them in a pan with a little olive oil, shallots and basil, salt, pepper, cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the courgettes, include the parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Prepare the crumble dough by mixing until thick sand is obtained.
Step 4
Put the courgettes in an oiled pie dish, cover with the crumbled dough.
Step 5
Put in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180°C.
