1 zucchini

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

1 tomato

2 teaspoons pesto

basil leaf

1 pinch of pepper

1 teaspoon of four spices

Cooking time: 30 min

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Cut the courgette into slices, without going all the way (a little trick: place the courgette between 2 chopsticks to make sure you don't cut too much!).
Step 3
Cut the tomato and mozzarella into slices and alternate a slice of mozzarella and then a slice of tomato between each slice of courgette.
Step 4
Place a little pesto and a basil leaf between each courgette slice. Sprinkle with 4 spices and pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes.
