1 kg of courgette

1 can plain tomato sauce

600 g ground beef meat

Grated Gruyère cheese

1 onion

Preparation: 1 hour
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Wash and cut the courgettes without peeling them into thin slices. Blanch them for 10 minutes in boiling water, then drain them.
Step 2
Meanwhile, put olive oil to heat in a frying pan and fry the minced meat with a finely chopped onion.
Step 3
When the meat is well cooked, add the tomato sauce and all the herbs including pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4
In a gratin dish place a layer of courgettes at the bottom of the dish and cover with a layer of sauce and grated gruyère. Repeat the operation until the ingredients are exhausted, always ending with a layer of sauce.
Step 5
Cover with a thick layer of cheese to brown.
Step 6
Put in the oven at 240°C (thermostat 8) for 30 to 45 minutes.
