400 g pasta

8 basil leaves

4 zucchini

Grated Parmesan cheese

2 eggs

4 tablespoons of oil

2 cloves of garlic

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Put the pasta to cook.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel the courgettes and cut them into thin slices.
Step 3
Pour the oil into a frying pan and fry the crushed garlic. Once it has browned, remove it and put the zucchini in place. Cover and cook over low heat.
Step 4
Add the chopped basil leaves and pepper.
Step 5
In a hollow dish, beat the eggs and add the pasta and zucchini. Mix.
Step 6
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
