2 courgettes

1 sweet onion from the CĂ©vennes

3 thick slices of ham

250 g fresh tomato sauce preferably

2 tablespoons olive oil

Basil or oregano

4 tablespoons of thick fresh cream

50 g grated Emmentaler



Preparation

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cut the ham into cubes and slice the onion.
Step 2
Cut the courgettes into cubes and blanch them in the casserole.
Step 3
Sauté the onion in olive oil, then add the diced ham and then the tomato and basil or oregano, simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 5
Once the zucchini is cooked, place them in an ovenproof dish and cover with the ham tomato mixture.
Step 6
Place the fresh cream on top of the preparation (at the four corners for example)
Step 7
Cover with Emmental cheese.
Step 8
Bake for about 30 minutes.
