20 cl of liquid cream

20 g butter

10 g of camembert

10 g fresh goat cheese

20 g grated Emmentaler

1 pinch dried basil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Remove the crust from the camembert. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the cheeses.
Step 2
Mix well so that the cheeses melt and make a smooth dough.
Step 3
Slowly add the cream while stirring.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Finish with the basil.

Delicious with pasta, but can also be served with red meat and vegetables.
