6 chicken cutlets (thick enough)

800 g button mushroom (whole or minced)

500 g of thick fresh cream 15% fat

Basil

Thyme

Parsley (fresh or dried, best dried)

Salt

Pepper

70 g curry powder

2 tablespoons of curry mandras

3 onions



Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 1 HR
Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Put a little oil in a pot, then fry the chopped onions lightly.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken cutlets into pieces, then add them to the onions.
Step 3
Slightly fry the whole thing, since then the preparation will cook in the sauce.
Step 4
Add the thyme (not too much), basil, and parsley.
Step 5
Continue to bring it back.
Step 6
Add water at the same height (the equivalent of 2 large glasses of water).
Step 7
Put the curries in it. Mix it all together.
Step 8
Add the jar of whole fresh cream, and let it melt over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 9
Add the mushrooms, then simmer on low heat for 30-45 min, and it's ready!
Step 10
Serve with rice is excellent!
