1 pinch of fennel seed

2 pinches of sesame seeds

1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic

1/2 teaspoon chopped coriander

12 Thai basil leaves

1 teaspoon of chilli pepper (sriracha type)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 drizzle of neutral vegetable oil

1 teaspoon of green tabasco

1/2 tablespoon lemon juice (or vinegar, the important thing is to bring a note of acidity)

2 oranges

1 salad

Lamb's lettuce




Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 20 MIN
Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Dry roast the fennel and sesame seeds, then reserve in a bowl.
Step 2
Heat the neutral vegetable oil and grill the chopped garlic in it, set aside with the fennel/sesame mixture.
Step 3
Add sesame oil, chilli sauce, and lemon juice, as well as chopped coriander.
Step 4
Detail the orange supremes and put them in the bowl containing the previously prepared sauce.
Step 5
Add the whole Thai basil leaves, and mix everything together (with your hands or two soup spoons, but the first option is much more pleasant).
Step 6
Sprinkle the salad with the tabasco, and enjoy.

Recipe realized totally by chance but so delightful in taste that I had to share it, I'm not really sure of the quantities but I think I'm getting closer. To be modified according to your convenience, personally I like rather spicy dishes. Enjoy!
