1 onion

1 clove of garlic

500 g broccoli

1 vegetable broth + 70 cl water

Basil

200 g fresh cheese (light boursin type)

1 drizzle of olive oil

Salt

Pepper




Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Sauté the garlic and onion in a hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
Step 3
In a saucepan or pressure cooker, boil the water and broth. Add the broccoli and cover 10 min.
Step 4
Then add the basil and mix everything together.
Step 5
Finally, add the fresh cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Author's note
Before tasting, you can add sliced almonds as decoration!
