2 eggs

15 cl milk

4 cl olive oil

180 g flour

1 sachet of baking powder

2 pinches of salt

40 g candied tomatoes

40 g feta cheese

1 sprig of basil

1 pinch of pepper

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Cut the candied tomatoes into small pieces, and the feta cheese into cubes. Chop the basil.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with milk, salt and olive oil.
Step 4
Stir in flour, baking powder, tomatoes, feta cheese and basil.
Step 5
Do not overwork the dough, then place it in muffin cups, filling them 3/4 full.
Step 6
Bake about 15 min (prick the centre of the cakes with a knife, the tip should come out clean).
Step 7
Then let it cool for 5 minutes before removing from the mould.
I add my grain of salt
