100 g feta cheese

50 g pitted olives

Step 1
Here is an idea to prepare the pastries that proliferate joyfully in the vegetable garden. Pick them at 3-4 cm in diameter.
Step 2
Wash them and cut them in half so that you have a hat and a foot.

Salt lightly.

Mix the olive oil and herbs.

Set aside one part to season the salad, and another part for the marinade in which you add a lot of crushed garlic.

Soak the cut pastry in it, then drain it.

Prepare the salad with the coarsely chopped tomatoes, chopped spring onions, diced feta cheese and olives.
