2 cucumbers

70 g grated parmesan cheese

1 pressed lemon

3 spoons of olive oil

50 g pine nuts

1 clove of garlic

basil leaf

Flower of salt

Pepper from the mill

Step 1
Peel the cucumbers.
Step 2
Then reuse your bursar to peel the cucumbers and make tagliatelle.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, basil previously coarsely cut with scissors.
Step 4
Add the crushed garlic clove, or finely chopped if you do not have a garlic press.
Step 5
Add the cucumber tagliatelle and parmesan cheese and mix.
Step 6
Brown the pine nuts for 2 minutes in a frying pan without adding fat.
Step 7
After cooling them, sprinkle them over the tagliatelle.
